In-Mold Labelling is a process that allows labels to be placed directly on the mold, i.e. the label will be fused to the part, thus avoiding the rework of gluing them on. We have the necessary equipment and experience to use this technology. We highlight the fact that the brand communication remains on the packaging, because as long as the packaging lasts, the image or message will remain. What’s more, not having a paper label stuck to the packaging results in environmental benefits by facilitating the recycling process.

Dry air oven
To obtain quality parts, it is important to follow correct drying procedures. Hot air dryers are not always suitable for drying certain polymers. Our equipment makes it possible to control humidity, even in the case of engineering materials.
Clean room
Sensitive sectors require production using facilities with a controlled environment. We have a room specially designed to meet these needs. This room is equipped with an automatic humidity, temperature and pressure control system and air renewal. The injection machines used are electric, ensuring greater precision and efficiency. This unit is prepared to carry out projects in the medical-pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food areas, among others.
